It’s no wonder that TLC soon decided to debut 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, which flips the script as Americans get to experience living in new cultures for the first time themselves. And, of course, it brings with it a whole new treasure trove of drama.

For star Deavan Clegg, the reason that she decided to move to Korea is a bit more complicated than just wanting a new experience. In an emotional outpouring, she revealed that she was almost victimized by a human trafficking ring.
