The new bill presented Thursday by Just Connecticut legislators Chris Murphy and Richard Blumenthal and conservative congresspersons John Cornyn of Texas, John Hooven of North Dakota and Thom Tillis of North Carolina, intends to smooth out the public interaction for detailing missing people.
