New Delhi, Sep 19 (IANS) Ride-hailing significant Ola on Monday explained that almost 200 designers, remembering some for the product vertical, have been approached to go from its major areas of strength for 2,000 labor force – – 10% of the headcount – – as a component of a bigger rebuilding exercise towards its electric dream.

The organization denied firing 500 workers, adding that it is “concentrating tasks and is embraced a rebuilding activity to limit overt repetitiveness and construct areas of strength for a design that reinforces pertinent jobs and works”.

CNBC previously detailed that almost 500 representatives are being laid off from the different programming verticals of ANI advances which works as Ola Taxis.

“The organization at present has around 2,000 designers and plans to build its designing ability pool to 5,000 throughout the following year and a half,” said the ride-hailing organization.

The Bhavish Aggarwal-run organization has almost 1,100 workers in its center ride-hailing business.
