Leonor de Todos Los Santos is the present heiress to the Spanish throne. She is the heir presumptive to the throne of Spain as the elder daughter. She became an heiress on her father’s accession to the throne on 19 June 2014. If Leonor ascends to the throne as expected, she will be Spain’s first queen regent since Isabella II, who reigned from 1833 to 1868.
