Timothy Walter Burton was born on August 25, 1958, he is an American Artist and also filmmaker. He directed the fantasy films Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children (2010), Alice in Wonderland (2010), Planet of the Apes (2001), Big Fish (2003), Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005), and the superhero movies Batman (1989) and Batman Returns.
