While Martell Holt was still married to his ex-wife Melody Holt, he was in a romantic relationship with Arionne Curry. Before splitting with Melody, his beau, Arionne, was pregnant with his fifth and the couple's first baby.

However, the new couple welcomed the baby around the same time Martell split with Melody. As per the multiple sources, the two of them had been together for few years. Previously, Arionne was pregnant with his babies for few times, but since they didn't want the baby, they decided not to give birth and terminated the pregnancy. 

After his divorce from his ex-wife Melody, he began living with his baby and baby mama. But later, he again split with Arionne and is no longer together, which he confirmed during a radio interview.
